We are a passionate, highly-skilled international team of dentists specializing in complex dental cases. Our dentists offer all the main specialties (including implant dentist, anesthesiologist, periodontist, endodontist, and orthodontist on staff).
Dr. Jennifer A. Recore
DMD
Dr. Recore was born in Lewiston, Idaho. Her family moved to Vancouver, Washington, when she was a teen. She attended and graduated from Evergreen High School, then went on to enter the Clark College Dental Hygiene Program.
Dr. Jenn began working as a dental hygienist in the Vancouver area in 1998. She continued working as a hygienist while attending Oregon Health & Science University School of Dentistry. She was the top graduate of OHSU Dental School in 2006, earning a Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry (D.M.D.) degree. Later that year, she began working at New Horizons Dental.
MEET DR. JENNIFER
Dr. Nataliia Garibov
DDS
Dr. Nataliia Garibov is a graduate of University of Washington School of Dentistry. While working on her dental degree she excelled in all areas of general dentistry, participated in community outreach events and worked on research in orofacial pain. Upon graduation Dr. Garibov received awards for excellence in implant dentistry, fixed and removable prosthodontics, oral medicine and special care dentistry. She was also recognized by exemplary service award for serving over 100 hours in underserved communities across Washington state during 4 years of dental training.

LAURA BLAKEMAN - STELLA
DENTAL HYGIENIST
Laura is our Hygienist Team Lead, with nearly 30 years of Hygiene experience. Laura graduated from the Clark College Dental Hygiene Program and received her Bachelors of Science from Eastern Washington University. She is a Pacific Northwest native. She is a blended-family mother of eight children and a grandmother of a few more. Laura prides herself on providing an amazing experience for both new patients, and those who have been seeing her for years.
OKSANA KOZUB
DENTAL HYGIENIST
Oksana graduated from Clark college with her bachelor's degree in 2018. She started working at New Horizons Dental in Dec. 2018. Oksana and her husband, Mike, enjoy working with Sunday school and youth groups at their local Ukrainian church in Vancouver. She likes to spend her free time reading, drawing, and walking with her husband and dog, Sunny.
MONIKA ALCORN
DENTAL HYGIENIST
Monika graduated from the Dental Hygiene Program at Pacific University in 2008 and went on to attain her Masters in Rural and Community Oral Health at Idaho State University. She has been with New Horizons Dental since June of 2015. Monika and her husband Elmer have two sons. She practices sustainable living by growing food in her garden and fruit orchards. She enjoys travel and is a voracious reader of all kinds of books.
NATALIE BERGMANN
DENTAL HYGIENIST
Natalie graduated from Clark College in 2019 with her bachelors degree in dental hygiene. She joined New Horizons in May 2023. Natalie was born and raised in the Pacific Northwest. In her free time, Natalie enjoys spending time with family, watching her two boys play baseball, concerts and exploring the outdoors.
REBECCA HOPKINS
DENTAL HYGIENIST
Rebecca graduated from Clark College with her bacherlor's degree in 2023 and began her career at New Horizons shortly after. She has been in the dental field working as a dental assistant and front desk since 2004. Becca moved to the PNW with her husband and two children from Texas and they enjoy the beautiful scenery and going to the beach.
