DR. VASYL TKACHYK

Dr. Vasyl Tkachyk earned his Doctor of Dental Medicine degree in Ukraine. After graduation, he completed a two-year internship in a dental hospital and worked for one year in private practice before moving to Canada. There, he completed an Advanced Diploma in Dental Hygiene and worked as a dental hygienist for nearly seven years. He later earned his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from the Herman Ostrow School of Dentistry of USC.

At USC, Dr. Tkachyk gained experience caring for all group of patients including veterans and patients with special health care needs. His background in dentistry and dental hygiene has shaped his preventive, patient-centered approach. Known for his calm and respectful manner, he listens carefully, explains treatment options clearly, and involves patients in decisions about their care. He especially enjoys restorative dentistry and helping patients regain comfort and confidence.

Outside the office, Dr. Tkachyk enjoys traveling, hiking, biking, and skiing. He and his wife share an adventurous spirit, enjoy camping, and are excited to explore the Pacific Northwest together.
